Allodiális Polgárjogi Társaság is a registered rights protection association supporting families, parents, children and people whose rights have been violated.
We help you find your way if your fundamental rights have been violated, if you have experienced abuse by an authority or institution, or if you are unsure what legal, human rights or civil options are open to you.
As a first step, we provide information, a preliminary case assessment and appropriate professional guidance.
Where necessary, we refer you to a lawyer or another professional who can help clarify your situation and safeguard your rights under the rule of law.
Many families, parents and children face official procedures, decisions by public authorities or institutional practices that are difficult to understand, distressing and leave them vulnerable.
in protecting families,
in representing the interests of children,
in medical autonomy,
in educational settings,
in proceedings before public authorities,
in respecting parental decisions,
in freedom of expression,
in protecting fundamental human dignity.
Allodiális Polgárjogi Társaság aims to ensure that people are not left alone when they need information, a case assessment, possible avenues for protecting their rights or a point of contact for professional help.
We initially accept enquiries in the following areas
If, as a parent or family, you believe your rights have been violated in dealings with a public authority, healthcare provider, educational body or other institution, or you were not properly informed.
If a legal or human rights question arises concerning medical decisions, mandatory procedures, parental decision-making rights, information or consent.
If you, your child or your family have experienced unfair treatment, undue pressure, exclusion, discrimination or an unlawful procedure in an educational institution.
If you believe that a public office, authority, institution or official has treated you disproportionately, unlawfully or unfairly.
If you experience a violation of freedom of expression, freedom of conscience, human dignity, the protection of family life, data protection or another fundamental right.
One of the principal aims of Allodiális Polgárjogi Társaság is the legal protection of children and parents.
We pay particular attention to cases in which families are left vulnerable in their dealings with healthcare, educational or public authority systems.
"We consider it important to examine professionally the rule-of-law, fundamental rights and parental decision-making issues associated with mandatory vaccination systems, and to build a legal framework that is meaningful at international level."
Our aim is not to create fear, but to promote legal awareness, protect parental rights, respect human dignity and carry out professionally grounded rights protection work.
The Society primarily provides information, preliminary case assessments and guidance on protecting your rights.
We consider what human rights, civil rights or fundamental rights issues the situation may raise.
We help identify the facts, decisions, documents, deadlines and background that may be important to understanding the case.
We outline possible avenues: information, a complaint, legal consultation, contacting a lawyer, civil support or building a broader community case.
The Society does not provide legal representation in every case. Where appropriate, we help direct the matter towards suitable legal or professional assistance.
Our aim is to help people understand their rights through accessible materials, information and professional expertise.
We see not only cases, but people, families and vulnerable circumstances. Within our means, we support those who need help.
Allodiális Polgárjogi Társaság is not a public authority, a court or a law firm. We cannot promise a guaranteed outcome, nor do we automatically provide legal representation in every case submitted to us.
This is the first step towards ensuring that people do not face a complex situation alone, uninformed and vulnerable.
Email us to explain what happened, who is affected and which decision, procedure or rights violation has led you to seek help.
We consider what human rights, civil rights or family protection issues the case may raise.
Where necessary, we ask follow-up questions to better understand the facts, background, deadlines and relevant documents.
This may involve gathering further information, organising documents, contacting a lawyer, professional consultation, civil support or another avenue for protecting your rights.
If the case requires legal representation, we can help the person concerned seek suitable legal or professional assistance.
Dedicated founders, members of the leadership team and professional contributors take part in the work of Allodiális Polgárjogi Társaság.

Human rights and civil rights work is not the task of one person. It takes affected people, legal professionals, experts, civil society members, volunteers and supporters.
If you are a legal professional, doctor, teacher, social care professional, researcher or work in another field and would like to contribute your expertise to the Society's work.
If you would like to help with organisation, communications, administration, research, community building or other voluntary work.
If you cannot take part in person but would like to support our rights protection work financially.
Rights protection work requires time, expertise, organisation and sustained work behind the scenes. Donations enable Allodiális Polgárjogi Társaság to provide information, case assessments, guidance on protecting rights and professional support to more affected families.
